Refund Policy
These terms apply to purchases of Atomtrix ecommerce tools and conversion audit services.
1. Provider and contact
Atomtrix provides digital ecommerce tools and independent conversion consulting from Sweden. Contact denise@atomtrix.com with questions, access issues or complaints.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown at checkout. VAT is included where stated or calculated according to the transaction. Stripe processes payments. Delivery begins only after successful payment, unless agreed otherwise.
3. Ecommerce Growth Toolkit
- Purchase provides a limited, non-transferable right for the buyer and their internal team to use the toolkit for 12 months.
- Access may not be resold, published, copied or redistributed.
- Calculations are planning aids, not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.
4. Conversion Audit
The scope, store and start date are confirmed by email. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is targeted within 5–7 working days from the agreed start date. Implementation and development are not included.
5. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
Business customers: purchases made wholly for business purposes are normally non-refundable once digital access is supplied or tailored work begins. Before work begins, cancellation may be considered at Atomtrix’s discretion, less processing costs and work already performed.
Consumers: where a statutory withdrawal right applies, selecting the consent box requests immediate performance.
- For the toolkit, you acknowledge that the withdrawal right is lost when immediate digital access is supplied with your prior express consent and acknowledgement.
- For an audit started during a withdrawal period at your request, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for work performed before withdrawal. The right is lost once the service has been fully performed with the legally required consent and acknowledgement.
No term excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. If a purchase is faulty, unavailable, materially not as described, or Atomtrix cancels before delivery, contact us so we can repair access, complete delivery or provide an appropriate refund.
6. Access and availability
Uninterrupted toolkit access is not guaranteed. A verified purchaser who loses browser access may be asked for the checkout email or payment details needed to restore it.
7. Intellectual property
Atomtrix retains rights in its toolkit, audit format, design and materials. You may use your completed audit internally and share it with contractors working for your business.
8. Liability
Recommendations and forecasts cannot guarantee commercial outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, Atomtrix is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or decisions made using the tools or audit.
9. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Notice.
10. Governing law
Swedish law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protections in the buyer’s country. Please raise disputes by email first so we can try to resolve them.
